EasyLift EL Ergonomic Roll Transporter With V-Pan & DC Powered Lift

Easy Lift Equipment manual push around Roll Transporters help decrease the risk of injuries caused by manually handling rolls. V-Pans are designed to lift, transport, and place horizontal rolls from pallets to packaging machinery. EasyLift Roll Transporters with a V-Pan are designed to handle a roll up to 30” (76 cm) wide by 30” (76 cm) in diameter and weighing up to 600 lbs. (272 kg), contingent on equipment configuration, and feature lift heights of up to 60” (152 cm) above floor level. The stainless-steel rotating V-Pan is designed to be low profile and, when fully lowered, sit flush against a standard 40” x 48” pallet. Roll Transporters with a V-Pan are designed to lift a wide range of roll weights and diameters from the floor or a pallet; then transport and place those horizontal rolls onto converting machines. Our manual push around units feature Darcor® ergonomic casters, which enable the operator to easily maneuver a fully loaded machine with minimal effort. Roll Transporters with DC powered lift are a great solution for high-volume roll handling applications, especially where lifting rolls to higher elevations is required. The DC powered lift system, which is powered by two AGM 12-volt batteries, is capable of lifting rolls several hundred times between charges. The 12-volt AGM batteries are housed in a closable cabinet with a hydraulic lift motor, internal charger, master disconnect switch, and a gauge-type battery discharge indicator.
