ER Roll Transporter
with DC Powered Lift and V-Pan
ER Roll Transporters with DC powered lift and a V-Pan are designed for handling a wide range of roll materials up to 1,000 lbs. (453.6 kg), contingent on equipment configuration. V-Pans are designed to handle a roll of up to 30” (76 cm) wide by 30” (76 cm) in diameter. The stainless-steel rotating V-Pan is designed to be low profile and, when fully lowered, sit flush against a standard 40” x 48” pallet. Roll Transporters with a V-Pan are designed to lift a wide range of roll weights and diameters from the floor or a pallet; then transport and place those horizontal rolls onto converting machines. Available with either a single- or two-stage mast for lift heights from 48″ to 144″ (122 cm to 366 cm) of vertical lift. ER Roll Transporters feature high quality Darcor® casters, which help decrease the push and pull forces involved with moving heavy rolls. An ergonomic step-down foot floor lock is also included for added safety, which locks the equipment into place when it’s not in use.
