Roll Handling Lift Truck Attachments

Easy Lift Equipment’s Roll Clamp Rotator (RCR20-40 & RCR30-50) Attachments are completely self-contained lift truck attachments that can be quickly mounted or unmounted to any ITA Class Ⅱ Carriage on a lift truck or walkie stacker. These attachments offer a flexible solution to large roll handling applications without having to fully dedicate a lift truck to handling rolls. These attachments include self-contained power and do not receive hydraulic or electrical connections to the lift truck or walkie stacker. The clamp rotates 360° endlessly either left or right and is designed to pick or place rolls in either a vertical or horizontal orientation with weight capacities of up to 2,000 lbs. (907 kg), contingent on equipment configuration. Quick and simple mounting and unmounting of the attachment requires only a few bolts, depending on the lift truck or walkie stacker carriage being mounted to. The SBR rubber on the clamping jaws provides a durable yet secure, non-marking surface to grip a roll. The clamping pressure exerted on the roll’s surface is adjustable by the operator if handling more sensitive roll materials, by untilizing the adjustable clamping pressure within the DC box. The rotation motor includes a hydraulic brake to prevent the drifting of a clamped roll.
