Roll-Haulers with a Roll Post with Rollers are the most ergonomic equipment available for lifting, transporting, weighing, and loading a wide range of roll materials from the floor or a pallet to converting equipment. Designed for handling a wide range of roll materials up to 1,200 lbs. (544.3 kg), contingent on equipment configuration. Roll Posts with Rollers are adjustable on the mast and available in various lengths, depending on capacity requirements. These posts come standard with a 2.5” (6.4 cm) post diameter featuring a tapered end for smooth entry into a roll’s core. Roll Posts with Rollers feature 11/16” (1.75 cm) incorporated bearings spaced 3” (7.6 cm) apart down the length of the aluminum roll post. The rollers significantly reduce the push and pull forces that are required for the operator to transfer heavy rolls from post to post, when compared to a standard roll post. A safety pin is included on the end of the post to prevent the roll from shifting while being transported. Roll Transporters with a Roll Post with Rollers are designed to lift a wide range of roll weights and diameters from the floor or a pallet; then transport and place those horizontal rolls onto converting machines. Roll-Haulers are designed to work in tightly confined production areas and are completely counterbalanced, requiring no outriggers for stability, and are ideal for traveling over long distances. Roll-Haulers are designed to fit through a standard 30” (76 cm) wide x 84” (213 cm) high doorway. The large industrial battery provides enough power to run continuously for up to 16 hours on a single charge. Available with either a single- or two-stage mast for lift heights from 48″ to 96″ (122 cm to 243.8 cm) of vertical lift.
