ER Roll Transporter
with DC Powered Lift and Roll Post
ER Roll Transporters with DC powered lift and a Roll Post are designed for handling a wide range of roll materials up to 1,000 lbs. (453.6 kg), contingent on equipment configuration. Various Roll Post lengths are available for transporting rolls by the core. Roll Posts are adjustable on the mast and available in various lengths, depending on capacity requirements. These posts come standard with a 2.5” (6.4 cm) post diameter featuring a tapered end for smooth entry into a roll’s core. ER models are designed with a straddle leg base frame 34.5″ (87.6cm) wide and 44.2″ (112.4cm) in length based on Roll Post length and weight capacity requirements. Available with either a single- or two-stage mast for lift heights from 48″ to 144″ (122 cm to 366 cm) of vertical lift. ER Roll Transporters feature high quality Darcor® casters, which help decrease the push and pull forces involved with moving heavy rolls. An ergonomic step-down foot floor lock is also included for added safety, which locks the equipment into place when it’s not in use.
