ERP Roll Transporters with hydraulic lift shovel (S50) features a 31.5” (80 cm) wide curved platform, which contours to a roll up to 50” (127 cm) in diameter and weighing up to 2,000 lbs. (907 kg.). The hydraulic lift lowers to the floor or a standard height pallet allowing the large roll to be easily moved to and from the shovel roll-platform by the operator. Once the roll is on the platform, the hydraulic lip is raised, which keeps the roll safely in place. The full shovel assembly raises and lowers to allow the operator to place or remove a large roll to and from converting equipment. Also available with up to a 72” (183 cm) platform — seen bottom, right. ERP Roll Transporters are the most ergonomic equipment available for lifting, transporting, and loading a wide range of horizontal roll materials to converting equipment. ERP Roll Transporters are designed to work in tightly confined production areas, and are ideal for traveling over long distances. ERP Roll Transporters come standard at 31.5” (80.0 cm) wide, 60.4” (153.4 cm) long, and 77.7” (197.3 cm) tall. The large industrial battery provides enough power to run continuously for up to 16 hours on a single charge.
