ER Roll Manipulator
with DC Powered Lift, RCR 1324-16 Clamp, and Rotate
ER Roll Manipulators with DC powered lift, RCR 1324-16 clamp and rotate (for non-hazardous areas) are designed for handling a wide range of roll materials from 13” (33 cm) to 24” (60.9 cm) in diameter. Standard capacity is 800 lbs. (362.9 kg) but, can be built to handle up to 1,200 lbs. (544 kgs), contingent on equipment configuration. ER models are designed with a straddle leg base frame 34.5″ (87.6cm) wide and 44.2″ (112.4cm) in length based on clamp and weight capacity requirements. Available with either a single- or two-stage mast for lift heights from 48″ to 144″ (122 cm to 366 cm) of vertical lift. The RCR 1324-16 clamp features two 16” (41 cm) high clamping jaws, and a 16” (41 cm) high back pad, each lined with white SBR rubber to provide a durable yet secure non-marking surface to grip the roll. The 16” (41 cm) high clamping pads are designed to distribute the clamping force over a larger surface area which helps to minimize the chance of damage to more sensitive roll materials. The RCR1324-16 can rotate 360° either left or right. ER Roll Manipulators feature high quality Darcor® casters, which help decrease the push and pull forces involved with moving heavy rolls. An ergonomic step-down foot floor lock is also included for added safety, which locks the equipment into place when it’s not in use.
