EasyLift Ergonomic Drum Transporter

with Air Powered Lift

The EasyLift Ergonomic Drum Transporter are designed to reduce the risks of operator injuries associated with manhandling drums. Ergonomic Drum Transporters can safely and easily pick up a steel, poly, or fiber chimed drum. Easy to use by all operators while increasing worker productivity with moving drums on or off pallets, floor scales, conveyors, and spill containment pallets. Ergonomic Drum Transporter with pneumatic lift are ideal for high-volume drum handling in areas where DC powered equipment is not permitted. These models are provided with an air tank that can be filled in less than a minute, providing roughly two dozen lifts per charge of the air tank. Lift and lower functions are controlled by using a simple joystick, raising or lowering to a full 20” (50.8cm). All pneumatic lift models include a spark resistant clamping mechanism and anti-static grounding components. Pneumatic lift models are ideal for use in food and pharmaceutical applications as they contain no hydraulic fluids and are virtually maintenance-free.

  • Manual propelled ergonomic drum transporter
  • Single stage mast provides 20” (50.8cm) vertical drum lift height 
  • Pneumatic Lift with air tank, if recharged at 120 psi, a 600 lb. drum can be lifted 8” then lowered approximately 20 times per charge. The air tank is provided with a male end quick disconnect.
  • Customer must supply a female quick-disconnect on their airline.  Drum weights, available air pressure, and the distance the drum is elevated will vary the number of lifts provided by the air tank.
  • Standard capacity of 800 lbs. (360kg), adjustable legs to decrease capacity to 600 lbs. (270kg) at 38.5” (97.8cm) width or increase capacity to 1,000 lbs. (450kg) at 44.5” (113cm) wide
  • EG1 single clamping mechanism with spark resistant clamp for handling a steel, fiber, or plastic chimed drum (all metal surfaces including clamping jaws which contact the drum to be stainless steel, includes anti-static grounding strap and a rubber belt attached to drum cradle)
  • Darcor® ergonomic non-marking casters 5” x 2”: (2) swivel, (2) rigid

Easy Lift Equipment’s pneumatic and air-powered models are built with anti-static and non-sparking components. These units have not been submitted for third-party certification and contain no electrical components, except for the optional scale system, which carries its own independent approval.

Ergonomic Drum Transporter offer increased lift heights of 40” (101.6 cm) or 60” (152.4 cm) above floor level for double or triple stacking drums, or the ability to pick and place drums to and from shelves.

(*Max capacity of 600 lbs. (270kg) with increased lift height of 60” (152.4cm), 40” lift has a 74.75” (189.9cm) lowered height, 60” lift has a 92.75” (235.6cm) lowered height)
