ELDR Narrow Aisle Drum Dumpers

with DC Powered Lift, SR Clamp, and Rotate

ELDR Narrow Aisle Drum Dumpers with DC powered lift, SR (Strap Rotator) clamp and rotate (for non-hazardous areas) are designed for handling drums with capacities up to 500 lbs. (226.8 kg). ELDR models are designed to work in tight, congested areas. Straddle leg models are 27″ (68.6 cm) wide by 36″ (91.4 cm) in length. A low-profile base frame permits the clamp to grip a drum or small container from the floor or a pallet. Single-stage masts provide either 41” (104.1 cm) or 53” (134.6 cm) of vertical lift. The SR clamp features two ratchet straps for handling steel, plastic, or fiber drums from 12” (30.5 cm) to 24” (61 cm) in diameter, and can rotate 360° either left or right for dispensing. ELDR Drum Dumpers feature high-quality Darcor® casters, which help decrease the push and pull forces involved with moving heavy drums. An ergonomic step-down foot floor lock is also included for added safety, locking the equipment into place when it’s not in use.

  • DC powered lift and rotation with (2) 12-volt AGM deep cycle batteries (24-volt system), hydraulic motor & internal charger housed in a closable cabinet with a master disconnect switch and gauge type battery discharge indicator.  (A polarized heavy gauge extension cord rated 12-3 15amp / 125 volt with grounded type B (NEMA 5-15) plug is required).

  • SR clamp with two ratchet straps for handling a steel, plastic, or fiber drum from 12” (30.5 cm) to 24” (61 cm) in diameter, and can rotate 360° either left or right for dispensing

  • Lift/lower and rotate left/right function located in the top of DC cabinet

  • Darcor® ergonomic non-marking casters 5” x 2”: (2) swivel, (2) rigid
