Roll-Haulers equipped with Roll Forks are available in 4000 lb. (1814.4 kg) or 6000 lb. (2721.6 kg) capacities and are designed to transport 1 to 2 horizontal rolls at a time, contingent on roll fork length and roll widths. These units can transport rolls with diameters of 28” (71.1 cm) to 48” (121.9 cm) or 48” (121.9 cm) to 60” (152.4 cm), contingent on equipment configuration. The roll forks are available in 36” (91.4 cm), 48” (121.9 cm) or 60” (152.4 cm) lengths, depending on the specifics of your roll handling application. The Roll-Hauler is primarily designed to lift 1 roll at a time with the roll’s core running parallel with the floor. These come standard with a battery box, which acts as a stationary roll support, as well as a removable support bar with two mounting positions. The two support bar mounting positions are located in the middle and towards the front end of the roll forks and act as an additional support for the roll or rolls during transport. These mounting positions can be factory customized to secure specific roll widths. These units are ideal for use in tight areas where using a full-sized forklift is unsafe or not permitted. The two roll forks elevate the roll (or rolls) just high enough for proper floor clearance during transportation. Roll forks are lined with white, non-marking SBR rubber to cushion the roll, helping to minimize potential damage to the roll.
