Easy Lift Equipment offers lift truck attachment model RCR20-40 for handling and manipulating larger rolls from 20” (50.8 cm) to 40” (101.6 cm) in diameter and weighing up to 2,000 lbs. (900 kg), contingent on equipment configuration. The RCR20-40 attachment can be mounted to an end-user provided lift truck or walkie-stacker with an ITA Class II Carriage. The RCR20-40 attachment includes its own DC power supply and internal charger and doesn’t require any additional electrical or hydraulic connections to the lift truck for full operation. The RCR20-40 Attachment features two clamping arm adjustable pin settings. The inner pin setting is designed to handle roll diameters of 20” (50.8 cm) to 36” (91.4 cm), whereas the outer pin setting is designed to handle roll diameters of 24” (61 cm) to 40” (101.6 cm). This attachment can clamp, pick and place rolls from both a vertical and horizontal orientation. The clamping pressure exerted on a roll’s surface is fully adjustable by the operator if handling sensitive roll materials by utilizing the adjustable clamping pressure, which is located inside the DC Cabinet. RCR20-40 attachments are capable of being easily unmounted, set down (on the factory supplied support stand) and then quickly re-mounted onto a lift truck by loosening or tightening between 4 and 8 bolts, contingent on what carriage style is being used.
