ELDR Narrow Aisle Roll Manipulator with DC Powered Lift, CCR Clamp, and Rotate

ELDR Narrow Aisle Roll Manipulator with DC powered lift, CCR clamp and rotate (for non-hazardous areas) are designed for handling a wide range of roll materials from 5” (12.7cm) to 13” (33cm) in diameter and weighing up to 500 lbs. (226.8 kgs). ELDR models are designed to work in tight, congested areas. Straddle leg models are 42.7″ (108.5cm) in length and 29.5″ (74.9cm) in overall width. A low-profile base frame permits the clamp to grip a roll from the floor or the corner of a pallet. Single stage masts provide 70.5” (179.1cm) of vertical lift from the floor to the center of the clamp. The CCR clamp features two 16” (40.6cm) high clamping jaws, and a 16” (40.6cm) high back pad, each lined with white SBR rubber to provide a durable yet secure non-marking surface to grip the roll. The back pad offers three settings for a range of roll diameters, 8” (20 cm) to 13” (33 cm), 6” (15 cm) to 11” (28 cm), and 5” (13 cm) to 7” (18 cm). The 16” (40.6cm) high clamping pads are ideal for clamping more sensitive roll materials, as they spread the clamping force over a larger surface area which helps to minimize excessive distorting or impressions to more fragile roll materials. The CCR clamp can rotate 360° either left or right. ELDR Roll Manipulators feature high quality Darcor® casters, which help decrease the push and pull forces involved with moving heavy rolls. An ergonomic step-down foot floor lock is also included for added safety, which locks the equipment into place when it’s not in use.
