Roll-Haulers with a CCR side rotation clamp are the most ergonomic equipment available for clamping, rotating, and transporting cylinders. Roll-Haulers are designed to work in tightly confined production areas and are completely counterbalanced, requiring no outriggers for stability, and are ideal for traveling over long distances. Roll-Haulers are designed to fit through a standard 30” (76 cm) wide x 84” (213 cm) high doorway. The large industrial battery provides enough power to run continuously for up to 16 hours on a single charge. The CCR clamp features two 16” (41 cm) high clamping jaws, and a 16” (41 cm) high back pad, each lined with white SBR rubber to provide a durable yet secure non-marking surface to grip the cylinder. The back pad offers three settings for a range of cylinder diameters, 8” (20 cm) to 13” (33 cm), 6” (15 cm) to 11” (28 cm), and 5” (13 cm) to 7” (18 cm). The CCR can rotate 360° endlessly either left or right. Standard capacity is 800 lbs. (362.9kg). Available with either a single- or two-stage mast for lift heights from 48″ to 144″ (122 cm to 366 cm) of vertical lift.
