ED Drum Dumpers
with DC Powered Lift, FCR Clamp, and Rotate
ED Drum Dumpers with DC powered lift, FCR (Forward Clamp Rotator) clamp and rotate (for non-hazardous areas) are designed for handling a drum with a standard capacity of 800 lbs. (362.9 kg) but are also available in configurations designed to handle up to 1,000 lbs. (450 kg). ED models are designed with a straddle leg base frame 34.5″ (87.6cm) wide and 47.2″ (120.0cm) in length based on clamp and weight capacity requirements. Available with either a single- or two-stage mast for lift heights from 48″ to 144″ (122 cm to 366 cm) of vertical lift. The FCR clamp features two 8” (20.3 cm) high clamping jaws, each lined with white SBR rubber to provide a durable yet secure non-marking surface to grip the drum. FCR clamps are designed for handling a steel, plastic, or fiber drum from 20” (50.8 cm) to 24” (61 cm) in diameter, and rotates 180° forward for dispensing. ED Drum Dumpers feature high quality Darcor® casters, which help decrease the push and pull forces involved with moving heavy drums. An ergonomic step-down foot floor lock is also included for added safety, which locks the equipment into place when it’s not in use.
