ELDR Narrow Aisle Drum Dumpers with Air powered lift, RCR 1324-8 clamp and rotate (for hazardous areas) are designed for handling a drum with capacities up to 500 lbs. (226.8 kgs). The Air powered hydraulic system makes it ideal for use in areas where DC powered equipment is not permitted. ELDR models are designed to work in tight, congested areas. Straddle leg models are 27″ (68.6 cm) wide by 36″ (91.4 cm) in length. A low-profile base frame permits the clamp to grip a drum, or small container from the floor or a pallet. Single stage masts provide either 41” (104.1cm) or 53” (134.6cm) of vertical lift. The RCR 1324-8 clamp features two 8” (20.3 cm) high clamping jaws, as well as an 8” (20.3 cm) high back pad, each lined with white SBR rubber to provide a durable yet secure non-marking surface to grip the drum. The RCR clamp can handle a steel, plastic, or fiber drum from 13” (33 cm) to 24” (61 cm) in diameter, and can rotate 360° either left or right for dispensing. ELDR Drum Dumpers feature high quality Darcor® casters, which help decrease the push and pull forces involved with moving heavy drums. An ergonomic step-down foot floor lock is also included for added safety, which locks the equipment into place when it’s not in use.

Easy Lift Equipment’s pneumatic and air-powered models are built with anti-static and non-sparking components. These units have not been submitted for third-party certification and contain no electrical components, except for the optional scale system, which carries its own independent approval.

Small Drum Adaptor which reduces the clamping range diameter by 5” (13 cm). Each small drum adapter consists of one individual curved section with white non-marking rubber vulcanized to the metal curve. The adapter is then slid through or around the clamp back pad and locked into place by inserting two stainless-steel retaining pins & circle cotter pins on a lanyard.
