EasyLift Drum Dumper

with Manual Forward Clamp Rotator and Pneumatic Powered Lift

Economically simple, safe and ergonomic method for dispensing the content from drums from low heights under 60” (152.4 cm). Perfect for drum to drum a dispensing or dispensing drums into reactors on mezzanines. Eliminate strained backs, pinched fingers and the risk of injuries caused by manhandling drums. Dumpers feature high quality Darcor® casters, which help decrease the push and pull forces involved with moving heavy drums. An ergonomic step-down foot floor lock is also included for added safety, which locks the equipment into place when needed.

Pneumatic lift is ideal for use in dispensing the contents from drums in areas where DC powered equipment is not permitted. Perfect for food and pharmaceutical applications as they contain no hydraulic fluids and are virtually maintenance-free.

  • Single stage mast provided with a choice of vertical drum lift heights: 20” (50.8 cm),  40” (101.6 cm) or 60” (152.4 cm) by means of foot pump at the rate of .75” (1.9cm) per stoke 
  • Joystick control ensures both easy lifting and lowering of a drum. Pressurized air tank can be refilled in seconds using quick disconnects on both the airline & air tank.. 
  • Standard capacity of 300 lbs. (136 kg) to 800 lbs. (363 kg) based on equipment configuration
  • Standard drum saddle contours to a standard 22” to 23.5” diameter, 55-gallon drums
  • Self-stopping 16” (40.6 cm) diameter hand wheel permits easy 180 degree forward manual drum rotation. Adapters available for holding smaller diameter plastic, fiber and steel drums.
  • Darcor® ergonomic non-marking casters 5” x 2”: (2) swivel, (2) rigid

Several small drum adapters are available for handling drums diameters from 14” (35.5 cm) to 21.5” (54.6 cm). All adapters are available in safety yellow Powder coating, FDA compliant metallic gray powder coating or stainless steel

Fabricate base frame and mast in 304 Stainless-Steel Construction* (includes food grade grease & hydraulic fluid, an anti-static grounding strap under the base frame. Stainless cylinder, drum clamp assembly, hardware and 16” hand wheel. Excludes lift chain & select components). *Stainless-Steel construction is stitch welded, not continuous, and finished by glass bead blasting to provide a #4 brush finish with a gray matte uniform surface. Stainless-Steel units are not wash down safe. Stainless-Steel Construction is not available for trial, return, exchange, or cancellation.

Stainless steel pony hold-downs and/or stainless steel adjustable foot arrangement keeps  drums from slipping on the clamp when lifted or inverted.
