EasyLift Counterbalanced Drum Transporters

with Manual Powered (Foot Pump) Lift

The EasyLift Counterbalance Drum Transporter are designed to eliminate the legs forward of the clamp and compensate for the lack of legs with counterweights, making this model ideal for picking or placing drums in cabinets, under air piston pumps, onto scales, or pallets where side access is necessary. Providing approximately 4.25” (10.8 cm) of reach forward of the front casters with the EG1 Single Clamping Mechanism can safely and easily pick up a steel, poly, or fiber chimed drum.  Raising or lowering to a full 20″ (50.8cm) with a convenient foot pedal ensures both easy lifting and lowering of drums at up to 1” (2.5cm) per stroke all while the drum remains completely in the vertical position. Eliminate strained backs, pinched fingers and the risk of injuries caused by manhandling drums.

EG2L Double Clamping Mechanism for handling a steel, plastic, or fiber chimed drum (minimum 17” diameter) in lieu of EG1 Single Clamping Mechanism (designed for working with an open top drum or plastic/fiber drum over 600 lbs.) Providing approximately 3.25” (8.3 cm) of reach forward of the front casters.

Fabricate base frame and mast in 304 Stainless-Steel Construction* (includes food grade grease & hydraulic fluid, stainless cylinder, excludes lift chain & select components). *Stainless-Steel construction is stitch welded, not continuous, and finished by glass bead blasting to provide a #4 brush finish with a gray matte uniform surface. Stainless-Steel units are not wash down safe. Stainless-Steel Construction is not available for trial, return, exchange, or cancellation.

Counterbalance Drum Transporters offer increased lift heights of 40” (101.6 cm) or 60” (152.4 cm) above floor level for double or triple stacking drums, or the ability to pick and place drums to and from shelves.
(*Max capacity of 600 lbs. (270kg) with increased lift height of 60” (152.4cm), 40” lift has a 74.75” (189.9cm) lowered height, 60” lift has a 92.75” (235.6cm) lowered height)
