EDS Stationary Drum Dumper with DC Powered Lift, RCR1324-8 Clamp, and Rotate

EDS Stationary Drum Dumpers with DC powered lift, RCR1324-8 clamp and rotate (for non-hazardous areas) are designed for handling a drum with a standard capacity of 800 lbs. (362.9 kg) but are also available in configurations designed to handle up to 1,200 lbs. (545 kg). EDS models are available with single or two-stage masts for lift heights from 48″ to 144″ (122 cm to 366 cm) of vertical lift. The RCR 1324-8 clamp features two 8” (20.3 cm) high clamping jaws, as well as an 8” (20.3 cm) high back pad, each lined with white SBR rubber to provide a durable yet secure non-marking surface to grip the drum. The RCR clamp can handle a steel, plastic, or fiber drum from 13” (33 cm) to 24” (61 cm) in diameter and can rotate 360° either left or right for dispensing. Drum Dumpers come standard with safety yellow powder coating for durability but are also available with FDA compliant metallic gray powder coating, or full 304 stainless-steel construction for food and pharmaceutical applications. The DC powered lift system is powered by two AGM 12-volt batteries, which are housed in a closable cabinet with a hydraulic lift motor, internal charger, master disconnect switch, and a gauge-type battery discharge indicator. At time of order, stationary models are also available with a custom rotating bearing (EDSR models) which allows the operator to feed drums to the Drum Dumper on one side and rotate the mast and clamp toward the tank or reactor for dispensing. Bearings rotate with minimal effort and are easy to use by any operator.
