ELDR Narrow Aisle Drum Dumpers

with DC Powered Lift, CR Clamp, and Rotate

ELDR Narrow Aisle Drum Dumpers with DC powered lift, CR clamp and rotate (for non-hazardous areas) are designed for handling drums with capacities up to 500 lbs. (226.8 kg). ELDR models are built to work in tight, congested areas. Straddle leg models are 41.9″ (106.4 cm) in length and 29.5″ (74.9 cm) in overall width. A low-profile base frame permits the clamp to grip a drum or small container from the floor or a pallet. Single-stage masts provide either 41” (104.1 cm) or 53” (134.6 cm) of vertical lift. The CR clamp features two 8” (20.3 cm) high clamping jaws, each lined with white SBR rubber to provide a durable yet secure non-marking surface to grip the drum. CR clamps are designed for handling steel, plastic, or fiber drums from 20” (50.8 cm) to 24” (61 cm) in diameter, and can rotate 360° either left or right for dispensing. ELDR Drum Dumpers feature high-quality Darcor® casters, which help decrease the push and pull forces involved with moving heavy drums. An ergonomic step-down foot floor lock is also included for added safety, locking the equipment into place when it’s not in use.

  • CR side clamp rotator lined with white non-marking rubber to securely grip a plastic, fiber, or steel drum from 20” (50.8cm) to 24” (60.9cm) in diameter.   

  • Clamp Rotator rotates 360 degrees left or right for dispensing 

  • Lift/lower, clamp/unclamp and rotate left/right function located in the top of DC cabinet

  • Clamp/unclamp with red dead-man switch to prevent accidental dropping of drum

Small Drum Adaptor (for 16” (40.6cm) to 20” (50.8cm) diameter drums) The small drum adapter is comprised of two individual curved sections with white SBR rubber vulcanized to the metal curve to provide a durable yet secure non-marking surface to grip the drum. Each curve is slid onto a clamping jaw then locked into place by inserting a stainless-steel retaining pin & circle cotter pin on a lanyard.

    Stainless-Steel Adjustable Foot (Quantity 1 Bolt-on, 3530061) & Stainless-Steel Pony Hold Down (Quantity 1 Bolt-on, 3530062). When handling a heavy plastic, fiber, or tapered drum it may be necessary to add either a pony hold-down or foot support to reduce the risk of slippage from the clamping jaws. The CR clamping jaws have two pre-drilled and tapped locations for easy installation. Both supports are constructed in stainless-steel for cleanliness and durability.

    Adjustable Clamping Pressure with Pressure Gauge – When handling light fiber or a sensitive drum subject to impressions it may be necessary to lower the hydraulic pressure of the clamping mechanism. Reducing the hydraulic clamping pressure will reduce the force of the clamping mechanism against the drum being gripped.
