EasyLift Manual Propelled, Clamp & Forward Rotation Drum Dumpers

Drum Dumpers with MFCR Clamps feature a manual forward clamp rotator with foot pedal lift, DC powered lift, or pneumatic lift. Single stage masts provide the choice of 20”, 40”, or 60″ of vertical lift, contingent on equipment configuration. A straddle leg base frame provides capacity which ranges from 300 lbs. (136 kg) to 600 lbs. (272 kg). A ratchet and pawl locking device secures a 22” (56 cm) to 23.5” (59.7 cm) diameter 55-gallon steel drum without the need for inserts. Small drum adapters are available to handle a wide range of drum sizes. The MFCR clamp rotates the drum 180 degrees forward with a self-stopping 16″ (40.6 cm) hand wheel with tilt-brake. Drum Dumpers come standard with a safety yellow powder coating for durability but are also available with FDA compliant metallic gray powder coating, as well as full 304 stainless steel construction for food or pharmaceutical applications. Both FDA and Stainless Steel include food grade grease and food grade hydraulic fluid. Optional scale systems for both intrinsically safe or nonintrinsically safe areas are also available. Scales are extremely accurate and allow the operator to dispense the drum by weight or perform inventory without the need for additional floor scales.
