EasyLift Manual Propelled Air Powered Drum Dumpers for Hazardous Areas

ELDR Narrow Aisle Drum Dumpers and ED Drum Dumpers are available with air over hydaulic powered lift for hazardous areas.

ELDR Narrow Aisle Drum Dumpers are designed for handling a drum with capacities up to 500 lbs. (226.8 kgs) for clamp rotators, and 600 lbs. (272.2 kgs) for strap rotators. ELDR Drum Dumpers are designed to work in tight, congested areas. Straddle leg models are 27″ (68.6 cm) wide by 36″ (91.4 cm) in length, while counter-balanced models are 24″ (61 cm) wide by 40″ (101.6 cm) in length. A low-profile base frame permits the clamp to grip a drum, small container or roll from the floor or a pallet. Single stage masts provide up to 60” (152.4 cm) of vertical lift for all models.

ED Drum Dumpers are designed for handling drums with a standard capacity of 800 lbs. (362.9 kg) but are also available in configurations designed to handle up to 1,200 lbs. (545 kg). A variety of clamps are available that offer either 180° forward rotation or 360° side rotation and are available with either a single- or two-stage mast for lift heights from 48″ to 144″ (122 cm to 366 cm). Straddle leg models range from 34.5″ to 56″ (87.6 cm to 142 cm) wide and 44″ to 53″ (112 cm to 135 cm) in length based on clamp and weight capacity requirements. ELDR & ED Drum Dumpers feature high quality Darcor® casters, which help decrease the push and pull forces involved with moving heavy drums. An ergonomic step-down foot floor lock is also included for added safety, which locks the equipment into place when it’s not in use. Optional intrinisically safe scale systems are also available for verifying weight and performing inventory. Other available options include FDA compliant powder coating, small drum adapters, and adjustable clamping pressure.
