Drum-Haulers®

for Lift, Travel & Side Rotation

Drum-Haulers® with SR (Strap Rotator) side rotation clamp are the most ergonomic equipment available for transporting, weighing, and dispensing products from a plastic, fiber, or steel drum. Drum-Haulers are designed to work in tightly confined production areas and are completely counterbalanced, requiring no outriggers for stability, and are ideal for traveling over long distances. Drum-Haulers are designed to fit through a standard 30” (76 cm) wide x 84” (213 cm) high doorway. The large industrial battery provides enough power to run continuously for up to 16 hours on a single charge. Drum-Haulers with lift, clamp & SR clamp feature two ratchet straps for handling a steel, plastic, or fiber drum from 12” (30.5 cm) to 24” (61 cm) in diameter, and can rotate 360° either left or right for dispensing.

  • Standard capacity is 800 lbs. (362.9 kg) but, can be built to handle up to 1,200 lbs. (540 kg) based on equipment configuration.
  • Available with either a single- or two-stage mast for lift heights from 48″ to 144″ (122 cm to 366 cm) of vertical lift.

  • Key on/off switch & Battery Discharger Indicator with gauge type with hour-meter
  • Electronic speed controller is equipped with three travel profiles to allow for factory customization of travel parameters.  Maximum travel speed can be preset for speeds between 0.93 and 2.8 mph. Unless otherwise specified at time of order, maximum travel speed will be factory preset at 1.8 mph in the forward and reverse direction.
  • Thumb control forward and reverse switch with creep speed provided by a snail button, reversing safety switch with handle lockout positions and horn button located in the tiller handle
  • Load Wheels: (2) tandem polyurethane 3” (7.6 cm) dia. x 4” (10.2 cm) wide  
  • Drive Wheel: (1) polyurethane or rubber 9” (22.9 cm) diameter x 2.75” (7 cm) wide

Battery Roll out tray with conveyor and Stand for 3-shift operations. The battery stand is designed to hold one additional battery and provide the ability to quickly change a low powered battery with a fully charged one. This prevents downtime and increases productivity. An extension cable is also provided with the battery stand to assist in the battery changing process.

Includes all wiring, two stainless steel load cells, mounting and calibration. The Rice Lake 680 is hardwired to the Hauler battery, the Doran 7000XLM includes an internal battery & charger.
