EasyLift Stationary Base Frames Air Powered Drum Dumpers for Hazardous Areas

EDS (stationary) & EDSR (stationary with rotating base) model air powered drum dumpers with a CR or RCR-style clamp are available with single or two-stage masts with up to 144” (366 cm) of vertical lift for dumping drums in hazardous environments. Powered by an air over hydraulic system, air powered stationary drum dumpers offer powered lift, clamp, and rotation. Drum Dumpers come standard with safety orange powder coating for durability but are also available with FDA compliant metallic gray powder coating, or full 304 stainless-steel construction for food and pharmaceutical applications. Stationary models are also available with a rotating bearing base which allows the operator to feed drums to the dumper on one side and rotate the mast and clamp toward the tank or reactor for dispensing. Bearings rotate with minimal effort and are easy to use by any operator.
