Tank-Haulers

for Lift and Travel

Tank-Haulers are available with either elevating or fixed posts and are designed to transport tanks or other wheeled objects requiring powered travel assist. There are various types of elevating posts available, and can also be customized, to suit specific needs. Fixed post models require manually securing straps or pins to mate the posts with the fixture on the tank or wheeled object.

  • Powered Tank Transporter w/ Power: Lift and Power Travel
  • Towing Capacity of wheeled, portable stainless-steel tank: Up to 6,000 lbs. (2,721.6 kg.), contingent on equipment configuration
  • Battery: 150 AH/24 Volt, industrial battery with integrated on-board charger 110/120 volt-30 amp. Includes cord for wall charging outlet
  • Key on/off switch & 2” display battery discharger indicator, gauge type with hour-meter and trouble code display.
  • Electronic speed controllers are equipped with three travel profiles to allow for factory customization of travel parameters. Maximum travel speed can be preset for speeds between 0.93 and 2.8 mph. Unless otherwise specified at time of order, maximum travel speed will be factory preset at 1.86 mph in the forward and reverse direction.
  • 3-Phase AC Drive Motor with regenerative braking
  • Ergonomic tiller handle provides lift and lower functions on both sides, top and bottom. A green thumb control provides forward and reverse travel which allows slow controlled movement in either direction. A snail bottom in the handle allows the operator to travel with the tiller handle in a fully upright position. The tiller handle also includes an automatic reversing safety collision bumper, which, if contacted with automatically stop and move the machine forward, to help prevent injury. The horn button is also located in the handle.

  • Finish: Non-stainless-steel components to be finished in FDA compliant (metallic gray) powder coating with food grade oils and grease
