Roll-Haulers with a CCR side rotation clamp are the most ergonomic equipment available for transporting, weighing, and handling a wide range of roll materials from 5” (13 cm) to 13” (33 cm) in diameter. Standard capacity is 800 lbs. (362.9 kg) but, can be built to handle up to 1,200 lbs. (540 kg) contingent on equipment configuration. Roll-Haulers are designed to work in tightly confined production areas and are completely counterbalanced, requiring no outriggers for stability, and are ideal for traveling over long distances. Roll-Haulers are designed to fit through a standard 30” (76 cm) wide x 84” (213 cm) high doorway. The large industrial battery provides enough power to run continuously for up to 16 hours on a single charge. The CCR clamp features two 16” (41 cm) high clamping jaws, and a 16” (41 cm) high back pad, each lined with white SBR rubber to provide a durable yet secure non-marking surface to grip the roll. The back pad offers three settings for a range of roll diameters, 8” (20 cm) to 13” (33 cm), 6” (15 cm) to 11” (28 cm), and 5” (13 cm) to 7” (18 cm). The 16” (41 cm) high clamping pads are ideal for clamping more sensitive roll materials, as they spread the clamping force over a larger surface area which helps to minimize excessive distorting or impressions to more fragile roll materials The CCR can rotate 360° either left or right. Available with either a single- or two-stage mast for lift heights from 48″ to 96″ (122 cm to 243.8 cm) of vertical lift.
