(226.8 kgs). ELDR models are designed to work in tight, congested areas. Straddle leg models are 39.2″ (99.6cm) in length and 29.5″ (74.9cm) in overall width. A low-profile base frame permits the clamp to grip a roll from the floor or the corner of a pallet. ER Roll Manipulators with DC powered lift, clamp, and rotate (for non-hazardous areas) are designed for handling a wide diameter range of roll materials. Standard capacity is 800 lbs. (362.9 kg) but, can be built to handle up to 1,200 lbs. (544 kgs), contingent on equipment configuration. ER models are designed with a straddle leg base frame 34.5″ (87.6cm) wide and 44.2″ (112.4cm) in length based on clamp and weight capacity requirements. Available with either a single- or two-stage mast for lift heights from 48″ to 144″ (122 cm to 366 cm) of vertical lift. Roll-Haulers are the most ergonomic units available for handling a wide diameter range of roll materials, which can be suited to fit your specific needs. Roll-Haulers are designed to work in tightly confined production areas and are completely counterbalanced, requiring no outriggers for stability, and are ideal for traveling over long distances. Most models are designed to fit through a standard 30″ (76 cm) wide x 84″ (213 cm) high doorway. The large industrial battery provides enough power to run continuously for up to 16 hours on a single charge. Standard capacity is 800 lbs. (362.9 kg) but, can be built to handle up to 1,200 lbs. Easy Lift Equipment’s Roll Clamp Rotator (RCR20-40 & RCR30-50) attachments are completely self-contained lift truck attachments that can be quickly mounted or unmounted to any ITA Class Ⅱ Carriage on a lift truck or walkie stacker. These attachments offer a flexible solution to large roll handling applications without having to fully dedicate a lift truck to handling rolls. These attachments include self-contained power and do not receive hydraulic or electrical connections to the lift truck or walkie stacker. The clamp rotates 360° endlessly either left or right and is designed to pick or place rolls in either a vertical or horizontal orientation with weight capacities of up to 2,000 lbs. (907 kg). Units offer a clamping range from 20” (50.8 cm) to 40” (101.6 cm) or 30” (76.2 cm) to 50” (127 cm) in diameter.
Roll-Haulers equipped with Roll Forks are available in 4000 lb. (1814.4 kg) or 6000 lb. (2721.6 kg) capacities and are designed to transport 1 to 2 horizontal rolls at a time, contingent on roll fork length and roll widths. These units can transport rolls with diameters of 28” (71.1 cm) to 48” (121.9 cm) or 48” (121.9 cm) to 60” (152.4 cm), contingent on equipment configuration. The roll forks are available in 36” (91.4 cm), 48” (121.9 cm) or 60” (152.4 cm) lengths, depending on the specifics of your roll handling application.
