Roll Hauler: Power Roll handling

Roll Hauler's™ make easy tasks of gripping, lifting, weighing and rotating roll materials of various Lengths & Diameters. The clamping jaws are lines with a Vulcanized Rubber that eliminate any damage or impressions when handling materials such as paper, plastics and other sensitive materials. There are a variety of: single & two-stage masts, clamps for gripping rolls, side & forward rotators suitable for most any application. Most models are designed to fit through standard doorways of 28" wide by 84" in height. Being completely counterbalanced with no outriggers, these units have the ability to work in tight area and reach over pallets and machinery turning your multi-man man process into a quick one man process.

The Roll Hauler Power Transporter for handling rolls of plastic, great for Blister and Foil pack areas. Unit has Power lift, travel, clamping and rotation. Remove roll from pallet in Vertical position, rotate 90 degrees to horizontal exposing core for rod placement. ((See Specs Here ))

LRCR (Large Roll Clamp Rotator) for handling larger rolls 24" to 42" at 800 pound capacity. Model shown includes optional: scale & handling a 40" diameter roll.

Roll Hauler shown with smaller jaws for handling shorter rolled materials. Jaws are 8 inches in height. The standard model has 16" jaws which can be viewed at the top of this page.

Some Optional Features

Optional: Side Shifter capabilities with 8 inches of total left/right stroke. Excellent for use with an air chuck or critical placement of roll on wind processes.
